registration number CK 2006/025073/23 (“quantumiii”/“we”/”us”) may send
you (collectively referred to as “the communication”).

Hierdie
bepalings en voorwaardes geld vir die e-poskommunikasie, aanhegsels en alle
daaropvolgende kommunikasie en aanhegsels wat QuantumIII CC -
registrasienommer CK 2006/025073/23 (“quantumiii”/“ons”)
aan u mag stuur (gesamentlik na verwys as “die kommunikasie”).
Die
inligting vervat in hierdie kommunikasie is vertroulik en mag wetlik
gepriviligeerd wees. Dit is bedoel slegs vir die gebruik van die individu of
entiteit aan wie ons die
kommunikasie geadresseer het of andere wat ons gemagtig het om dit te
ontvang. Indien u nie die bedoelde ontvanger is nie, word u hierby in kennis
gestel dat enige bekendmaking, kopiëring, verspreiding of aksie wat u neem
ingevolge die inhoud van hierdie inligting streng verbied word en onwettig
mag wees.
Indien
u nie die bedoelde ontvanger van hierdie e-pos is nie (of sodanige persoon
se gemagtigde verteenwoordiger),
(a)
stel asseblief die sender van hierdie e-pos onmiddellik per terugkerende
e-pos, faks of telefoon in kennis en skrap hierdie boodskap van u stelsel;
(b) u
mag nie hierdie boodskap of enige deel daarvan druk, stoor, aanstuur of
kopieer nie of dit openbaar of veroorsaak dat hierdie boodskap aan enige
persoon geopenbaar word nie.
Ons is
nie aanspreeklik vir die onbehoorlike of onvolledige versending van die
inligting vervat in hierdie kommunikasie nie, of vir enige vertraging in die
ontvangs daarvan nie.
Ons is
nie aanspreeklik vir enige nadeel of verlies wat voortspruit uit
kwaadwillige sagtewarekodes of virusse in hierdie e-pos of sy aanhegsels
nie, insluitende datakorrupsie wat daaruit voortspruit.
Enige
advies of inligting vervat in hierdie e-pos is ook onderworpe aan enige
beherende ooreenkoms tussen ons.
Slegs
behoorlik gemagtigde personeel wat binne die omvang van hulle magtiging
optree, mag ons kontraktueel verbind. Tensy uitdruklik as sodanig deur ons
aangedui, maak niks in hierdie e-pos ’n aanbod, waarborg of voorstelling
deur ons uit nie.
E-pos
aan ons gestuur, word net geag ontvang te wees sodra ons uitdruklik ontvangs
daarvan erken het. Ons sal ag dat ons ’n e-pos gestuur het sodra dit as
gestuur op ons e-posbediener weerspieël word.
Indien
hierdie kommunikasie afstootlike, neerhalende of lasterlike stellings of
materiaal bevat, beteken dit dat die boodskap buite die afsender se omvang
van indiensneming by ons gestuur is en slegs die afsender kan in sy/haar
persoonlike hoedanigheid aanspreeklik gehou word.
